Wizkid’s houses in Nigeria
According to reports, Wizkid owns 2 houses in Lagos, Nigeria; One in Lekki worth around N13 million and another in Surulere said to be worth around N70 million.
The Lekki property is the first house Wizkid got in 2013, just a few years after his emergence in the industry.
The “Holla at your boy” crooner couldn’t hide his joy. Taking to social media, the excited Wizkid wrote, “New House! Thank you, Lord!!”
However, in an exclusive report, LindaIkeji revealed that the house is actually a rented property, for which Wizkid was served a quit notice in 2016.
“His rent at the 4 bedroom duplex at Ayinde Akinmade in Lekki Phase 1 expired in January 2016 and for reasons best known to him, he refused to renew his rent,” she wrote.
That report, however, did not go down well with the popular singer and therefore led to a rift. Meanwhile, he failed to deny the story.
The singer’s Surulere house isn’t available in pictures; however, several credible sources claim it is his most preferred residence.

Wizkid has been spending a huge chunk of his time in U.K in recent times. According to multiple reports, he lives together with his baby mama, Jada Pallock in London.
However, photos of his U.K. mansion are rare. The only hint we got is when Jada Palock mistakenly flauted her residence on Social media, and many people now claim it is Wizkid’s house.
