    • Hi Folashayo, we advise you send an email to Stanbic IBTC customer care using fraud@stanbicibtc.com or customercarenigeria@stanbicibtc.com , since sending an email is the only option during weekends. And as for not knowing your account number, I’m not sure if you’ll get the response you desire, except you’re able to provide other information (maybe BVN) that will be used to know your account details and henceforth block the ATM Card. Furthermore, if you have stanbic IBTC mobile app, you can block your ATM card right there, so as to avoid potential loss of money.

    0006118486. l make a transfer of #58,000.00 to Stanbic IBTC Bank account with name 1 TO 100 PERCENT COMMUNICATION and account number 0014354664 using Mobile apps on Thursday April 18, 2019 by 1:24pm. The money has been debited from my access account but not credited to the above stanbic account.

    please use your good office to reverse back to my account.
