  5. Hello Good Morning I tried withdrawing using a gt bank ATM in Abeokuta on the 4th of may, I withdrew #3000 first and I was given, secondly I tried withdrawing #7500 but I was debited and not paid. I’ve actually been expecting my acct to be credited and since then nothing had happened.

  6. sterling bank is suppose to be a one customer bank send in the last three days I have consistently called only to listen to music and be endlessly kept on hold. ….disappointing…..3days and no one has even called back REALLY…Anyway,some deductions were made to my account with no explanations and I would like To know why or have the account closed immediately

  7. I transferred money from my union bank account into my sterling bank account on the 4th of march 2019. Sterling bank credited me , but debited the same amount (40,000) the next minutes on that same day. I complained at the nearest branch but was told the money went back to union bank. My union bank account was not credited neither do I have the money in my sterling bank account.
    This issue is becoming so rampant with sterling bank. This is a form of creating bad name for the bank.
