An upcoming American rapper, Nickalus Thompson, better known as Nick Blixky, has been shot dead in Brooklyn, New Your city. He was 21 years old.
The fast-rising star was supposed to drop his first mixtape in less than a month. However, in an unfortunate turn of event, he didn’t live to see that day.
According to CNN, Nick Blixky, was found unconscious and unresponsive with “gunshot wounds to his torso and buttocks.
New York Police Department said in a statement confirmed his demise in a statement released on Monday.
He was discovered after police responded to a 911 call about a man shot in front of 200 Winthrop Street.
Medic then transported him to New York City Health & Hospitals/Kings County where he was confirmed dead.
He had a single titled “Drive The Boat” which currently has over 2 million views on YouTube.
A few hours before he was killed, he shared a message on Instagram informing his fans that his first mixtape, “Different Timin” would debut next month.
“JUNE 3RD‼️ I’m dropping my first Tape ever. LOCK IN THE DATE… “DIFFERENT TIMIN“ (COMMENT A IF YOU READYYYY),” he wrote.
