Vanessa Bryant, wife of late Kobe Bryant took to her Instagram page to announce Kobe and Gigi Bryant’s memorial date.
Vanessa shared a picture of the memorial IV.
The “celebration of life” event will hold on the 24th of February 2020 (2, 24, 2020), by 10 am at the Staples Centre.,
Vanessa wrote: “#2, #24 #20 years as a Laker and the number of years Kob and I were together.”
According to Vanessa, the date chosen is significant, she explained, saying, “Gigi’s jersey number was 2, Kobe’s jersey number was 24, and Kobe had spent 20 years as a Laker and twenty years together with her before he died.”
In another post, she shared a picture of just Gianna’s jersey and said, “My Gigi. I love you! I miss you. You’ve taught us all that no act of kindness is ever too small. Mommy is still and will ALWAYS be so proud of you mamacita.”
It’ll take a long time for Vanessa and her family to get over the shocking loss of their beloved.
