Mr Alexander Graham who was presiding over the court alerted JoyNews’ correspondent in the Bono Region to observe, take pictures and report accordingly.

Prior to his arrest, the self-acclaimed lawyer was trying to persuade the judge on why bail must be granted to his clients.

However, in the course of that, he displayed his inexperience and ignorance in the use of legal terminologies to the absolute surprise of the judge.

His Honour, Mr Alexander was amazed and wondered where he studied his version of the law.

Upon interrogating him further, it was realized that the suspect was a teacher who pretended to be a lawyer

Also, he could neither mention the name of one of his mates nor was he able to state the actual date he was called to the bar.

At one point, he claimed he was called to the bar last year September and another time he said he was a third-year law student who was yet to be called to the bar.

His contradictory statements gave credence to the truth that he was fake; consequently, he was taken away by the police to begin investigations into his claim
