American actor, Michael Mundy who starred in the popular horror movie, Walking Dead has been jailed for biting a mother-of-two.
Both of them met at a UK horror convention some years back.
The actor, 52, subjected Beverly Jackson, 41, to physical abuse, hitting Ms Jackson around the face and biting her.
Michael Mundy attacked her eight-years-ago and according to Ms Jackson, he became even more brutal subsequently.
He returned to the US After the incident, he, however, contacted Ms Jackson two years ago informing her that he’d be visiting Manchester and asked if he could stay in her spare room.
According to reports by ‘the sun’, Beverly said at first, he was very charming and had promised to get her into films; she fell for him, however, he became ‘more and more abusive’.
According to her, the first attack was in 2018 in a hotel in Germany.
She said: ‘He hit me around the face, bit me on the hands, arm and back, kicked me and threw me out of the room.’
Michael Mundy who was jailed last November after being convicted of assault was also outlawed from going close to Ms Jackson.
Although, Ms Jackson is still scared of him. She said,” he won’t stop until I’m dead.”
In any case, the US actor is due out of HMP Liverpool in the next few months.
Mundy had featured movies like Flight asides from featuring in the Walking Dead in 2011 and 2012.
