18 Nurses test positive for COVID-19 in Kano State

No fewer than 18 Nurses have tested positive to coronavirus in a recent test conducted in Kano State.

According to The Nation, Kano State chairman of National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives, Comrade Ibrahim Muhammad, revealed the unfortunate development on Wednesday while briefing newsmen.

Ibrahim Muhammad revealed that out of the 86 samples of nurses taken, 18 returned positive.

He explained that nine of them are from National Orthopedic Hospital, Dala seven from Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital and two from state hospitals.
