Photos making rounds on social media shows a white man putting on slippers at his traditional wedding with a Nigerian woman in Enugu state.

Ifeanyi Abugu, who shared the pictures on Instagram revealed that the reason the lady and others didn’t complain is because he’s a white man.

“Women will like this because na Oyibo man, but if na Igbo guy wore ordinary slippers on his traditional wedding day women go talk say him be poor guy. It happened in my community.” 

Indeed, one would hardly see a scenario such as this, as couples usually dress elegantly for weddings.

The question is, would she have allowed him if he was a Nigerian?
