The remains of Tolulope Arotile, Nigerian Air Force’s (NAF’s) first female combat helicopter pilot who passed on on the 14th of July in a motor accident has been laid to rest.
The late pilot was buried with full military honours at the National Military Cemetery in Abuja today on Thursday, 23rd July.
Her funeral ceremony was attended by several dignitaries including the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Abubakar Sadique; Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, and his wife;
Also in attendance is the Senate Committee Chairman on Air Force, Bala Ib’n Nalla as well as her family members and friends.
