The size of Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto & Zamfara States put together is approximately 216,029 km².

If we are to combine the figure above ones located in other states, then, the total size of the entire Hausaland will stand above 300,000 km².

This means that Hausaland is bigger than countries like Ghana (238,540 km²), Romania (238,391 km²), Tunisia (163,610 km²) and hosts of others.
