Anthony was at the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) for his National Identity card enrollment.

After the registration, the agency handed to him the NIN slip.

The National Identity Management Commission took to their twitter picture to share pictures.

The pictures showed Anthony Joshua enrolling for his national identification number and has been issued his slip.

In any case, Nigerians have taken to social media to throw tantrums at the NIMC.

Expressing their grievances, most of them noted how they have stood in a long cue, paid five hundred naira to register and alleged that Joshua boycotted those processes.

Some even wrote of how they registered five years ago but still have not gotten the card.

Some of them went on to allege that they are sure that by tomorrow, Anthony would get his permanent I.D Card which some of them are yet to get for more than five years now.

The Enrollment was done by the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) and he has presented the NIN slip after the registration period.

One twitter user wrote:

I’ve enrolled for this national ID card since 2014, and I’m yet to be issued a permanent ID card. All I’ve to show for it is the slip. But Anthony Joshua will most definitely get issued a permanent ID card before me. Nigeria is for the highest bidder.

Another wrote:

Even that force man at Anthony Joshua’s back if checked very well doesn’t have his National ID ready yet. Man’s shocked how this boy will get his National ID in 2hrs time. NG system isn’t for the poor bro. Let that sink in to your head.

Some, however, believe that Anthony’s Own Identity will be delayed to like theirs. One user wrote:

Did you guys tell Anthony Joshua that his National ID won’t be ready till 2030 or we should tell him?”

Meanwhile, some twitter users also have a problem with the shorts he wore to the commission

One twitter user, @Hembuts posted this:

My only problem with this is that last year when I visited Nigeria, the immigration office in Makurdi refused to let me into the premises because I wore shorts.”

Another twitter user replied sarcastically saying: “Did you beat Andy Ruiz?”

In any case, Nigerians have called on the agency to improve the quality of service they render to Nigerians.

Anthony Joshua presented his belts to President Muhammadu Buhari while on a visit to London early this year.

You will recall that he defeated Andy Ruiz in a rematch which held in  Saudi Arabia in December 2019 to reclaim his titles.
