On-air personality, Toke Makinwa, has some strong words for men who are afraid to go out with successful women. According to her, any guy who’s scared of your success isn’t for you.
She said this during a live video chat she had with Nigerian music artist manager, Ubi Franklin.
He asked if she doesn’t think she’s set the kind of standard that will make men scared of meeting her to ask for her phone number.
She replied saying, “Any man who is intimidated by a hardworking woman is not your guy.
“Any man who meets me now should be inspired. I lost both parents at 8.
“I basically built a life for myself. If that doesn’t inspire you, I don’t want to be with you,” she added.
