Olamilekan Agbeleshe, better known as Laycon, is a Nigerian singer, rapper, and songwriter. He is the 19th person to be unveiled as a housemate in the BBNaija 2020 season. Laycon Biography
Laycon is a 26-year-old singer and rapper who hails from Lagos State Nigeria. He was born on the 8th of November 1994.
He’s a graduate of philosophy from the University of Lagos. Meanwhile, reports are currently making round on the internet claiming he was the best graduating Art Students for the University’s 2016 set. However, we have yet to confirm that report.
Lacyon, who is a Christian, appears to be a religious person. According to him, he has acquired the habit of singing and reading his bible on a daily basis.
Musical career
The singer started his musical journey at an early age and has now emerged as one of Nigeria’s most promising new school acts.
He describes himself as being versatile and able to coin words together to soothe scenarios and moods.
Laycon’s song, “Fierce”, in which he featured top rapper, Reminiece, and Chinko Ekun, stayed on on MTV Base’s top ten Chart for six months.
When asked what his biggest achievement was, he said, “I’d say having my song ‘Fierce’ on MTV BASE Top ten charts for six months, still tops every other thing I have done.”
