BET Awards 2020: Nigerian singers Rema and Burna Boy Land Nominations

Good news for the Nigerian entertainment Industry as Burna Boy and Rema have both landed BET Awards Nominations.

Black Entertainment Television Awards, popularly known as BET, celebrate the biggest black people across music, television, film, sports, and philanthropy.

On Monday, organizers of the popular award announced their nominations for the 2020 Awards ceremony, which will also mark its 20th anniversary.

It is not so surprising to see Burna Boy and Rema feature, considering their exploits in 2019.

Burna Boy was nominated for Best International Act alongside Innoss’B, Sho Madjozi, Dave, Stormzy, Ninho, S.Pri Noir

Rema, on the other hand, was nominated for Viewers’ Choice: Best New International act alongside Sha Sha, Celeste, Young T & Bugsey, Hatik, Stacy
