Coronavirus: Nigeria’s Cases rise to 81 as Enugu records first 2

The number of coronavirus cases in Nigeria has risen to 81 after the NCDC recorded 11 more cases today.

From the 11 new cases, Lagos State has 8, Edo has 1, and Enugu State has 2. As such, Enugu State is the first southeastern state in Nigeria to record COVID-19 cases.

So far, Nigeria has recorded just 1 death from the novel virus, and 3 persons have recovered fully and left hospital.

Lagos and the Federal Capital Territory command the highest number of cases in total.
