Court Orders Suspension of Adams Oshiomhole as APC chairman

0

A Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the suspension of APC’s National Chairman, Adams Oshiomole.

According to The Nation, the High Court Judge, Danlami Senchi, gave the order following an application of an injunction asking the court to suspend Oshiomhole since he had already been suspended as a member of the APC by the party in Edo State.

Oluwale Afolabi, who filed the application, argued that Oshiomhole cannot continue to enjoy benefits from the APC, despite his suspension as a member of the party.

Meanwhile, the court has also ordered Adams Oshiomole to stop parading himself as the National Chairman of the APC.

Furthermore, the court urged the All Progressive Congress to desist from acknowledging him as the chairman of the party.
