Nigerian actress, Yvonne Jegede, has narrated how she’s struggling to cope with the bitter reality of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Her estate looks desolate, everyone is hiding in their various houses, fearful of contracting the deadly bug. Such has been the experience of several places across Europe and the world at large.
This bitter truth has gotten the popular actress saddened, and she hasn’t stopped short of expressing herself.
“I woke up this morning and tears [have] have refused to stop streaming down my cheeks,” the actress wrote.
In her post, she described how things are “getting tough” for her and how she can’t deal with the lockdown ‘anymore’.
She also urged people to stay at home and stay safe, saying hygiene is paramount at this point in time.
Indeed, the lockdown is much better than the grim figures emerging from Europe on a daily basis. The Coronavirus pandemic has claimed thousands of lives and looks to claim even more.
