FCT discharges nine COVID-19 patients

Nine patients at the COVID-19 isolation and treatment centre in the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital (UATH) have been discharged.

This brings the total number of people discharged so far to 20.

A short message from the #FCT COVID-19 case summary media team said: “We are happy to announce that nine patients were discharged from UATH Isolation Center, Gwagwalada today.

The remaining ones are clinically stable and responding well to treatment. To God be the glory,” it added.

The FCTA had discharged 11 persons in two batches and showed optimism that more victims would be discharged.
