Glo Call Divert or Forwarding is a feature that allows customers to divert their incoming calls to another number (be it local, International, Fixed, GSM, PTO’s and so on). Customers can also choose to forward their calls to their voicemail depending on their specific needs.
Basically, you can choose to divert calls unconditionally, when your line is busy, when you don’t pick up your call or when your phone number is not reachable.
All Glo customers can activate and cancel call diverts (forwarding) free of charge. However, the network will charge you whenever calls to your line are diverted to another number.
The reason is, divert works in such a way that the network makes a call on your behalf. Therefore, all calls diverted from your line will incur the regular rate of your current tariff plan.
Glo call divert/forwarding codes
- To activate call diverts for all calls dial **21*number#; to cancel dial ##21#; and to check your status for this option, dial *#21#.
- To activate call divert when you don’t pick your call, dial **61*number#; to deactivate, dial ##61#; and to check your status for this option, dial *#61#.
- To divert your calls when your line is busy, dial **67*number#; to deactivate, dial ##67#; and to check your status for this, dial *#67#.
- To divert your calls when your phone number is not reachable, probably switched off, dial **62*number#; to cancel dial ##62#; to check your status dial *#62#.
If you are subscribed to Glo call forwarding but you’re not sure which it is exactly, there’s a general code for unsubscribing. To cancel all call forwarding, dial ##002#.
Diverts are available for all subscribers, whether postpaid or prepaid.
