One of the easiest ways to get support from GTB is by calling one of the customer care phone numbers:

The issue I have with using those phone numbers is that the call rate is quite high.
You might spend several minutes before your call is answered. Which means, you get to use up a lot of credit to resolve your issues.

GTBank customer care live chat
To get live support from a representative, visit GTBank live chat centre. Alternatively, visit the help centre and click on the live support at the right-hand side of the screen.
If you’re using a mobile device, you may have to scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
On the live chat, you’ll see a message indicating your position on the queue.
When I tried the live chat, I waited for roughly 20 minutes before receiving support.
I prefer the live chat because waiting 20 minutes on a call would cost by far more.
Yeah… you got it. The live chat is my personal favourite.

On Wednesday August 5th, i tried to withdraw N10,000 from a UBA ATM in Addo. The money was not dispensed but his account was debited. He lodged a complaint immediately and he was told to wait that it would be reversed between 5-7 working days.
Now they are asking me to go and get a CCTV footage from UBA. How is that possible?
Go to the UBA branch that owns the ATM you used along with the owner of the account. That is where you’ll be able to retrieve information on CCTV footage.

please I lost my card in one of the ATM branch in costian Lagos as of yesterday being 30/7/2019 so my problem now is are they gonna give me new ATM or they will refund the one I lost in the machine because paying for new ATM is somehow oo
If you lost your GTB card in a GTB ATM machine, getting it back will not be an issue. All you have to do is go to the bank that regulates that ATM machine.
