Kano Court sets aside FCT Court ruling Suspending Oshiomole as APC chairman

A Federal High Court In Kano has set aside a ruling made by an FCT High Court judge which suspended Adams Oshiomole as APC National Chairman.

The judge who made the ruling, Justice Lewis Allagoa, ordered the police and Department of State Service (DSS) to provide security for Oshiomhole to resume his office.

Recall that barely 24 hours earlier, Justice Danlemi Senchi of the FCT High Court made an injunction that suspended Adams Oshiomole and also ordered him to stop parading himself as the APC national chairman.

Meanwhile, According to Channels TV, Oshiomole had earlier today filed an appeal against the ruling the FCT High Court/

Currently, there’s no clarity as to whether the Kano High Court has the jurisdiction to set aside the ruling of another high court.
