Lagos State has discharged five more coronavirus patients at its isolation centres.
The Lagos State Commissioner for Health, Prof. Akin Abayomi, took to his official Twitter handle on Friday.
According to the commissioner, the five patients were discharged after testing negative twice to the virus bringing the total number of discharged patients to 90.
“19 new confirmed cases of #COVID-19 Infection recorded in Lagos on the 16th of April.
“This brings the total number of confirmed Lagos #COVID-19 cases to 254,” he disclosed.
