A Ghanaian mother, Dr. Cynthia Kudji and her daughter, Dr. Jasmine Kudji, have both obtained medical degrees the same day.
The single mother and her daughter both finished from a medical school in Louisiana, United States.
Their success story was shared by Ghana Physicians and Surgeons Foundation on Facebook.
According to them, it is noteworthy because it is the first time they witnessed a mother and daughter “attend medical school at the same time and match at the same institution”.
The social media post has since gone viral.
As a matter of fact, they both look alike and quite young and one has to look very well to tell their differences.
