A Corporal serving in the Nigerian Army at the Theatre Command Operation Lafiya Dole went amok in early hours of today, the 26th of February 2020 and opened fire killing 4 of his colleagues before shooting himself.

The theatre Command, Army Super Camp 15, is located at Malam Fatori

According to a statement by Colonel Acting Director of Army Public Relations, Sagir Musa, two additional colleagues were also wounded during the incident.

According to him, the two wounded men are currently in stable condition in the hospital in Maiduguri.
