Nollywood actress Nkiru Umeh and the members of her household escaped death; however, she lost ‘beautiful house’ and all the properties in it.
The actress took to her social profile to share pictures of the burnt down house along with all the valuables she lost.
“What’s left of my beautiful house,” she wrote.
If you haven’t been to my house you might not really understand this.
“But again I thank God we were in the church.
My boy and my PA miraculously escaped through the back fence that fell down though the boy got injured, he is getting better,” she added.
Indeed the actress is disappointed at her great loss; however, she is more than happy her family escaped the incident unhurt.
The deadly gas explosion led to the loss of several lives and properties. Among them was one a Principal who helped save all the students who were trapped; however, the building collapsed on her just before she could leave.
