Nonso Diobi is from Anambra State in the South-eastern part of Nigeria, from a small town in Njikoka Local Government Area.
However, he was born and brought up in Enugu state. Nonso was born into a family of seven, his father, mother and five children; two girls and three boys.
He is the last child of this family.

Nonso grew up in Enugu State where he did his primary and secondary school education.
After obtaining both his First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior School Certificate in Enugu state.
He went further to acquire his Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Arts at the University of Nigeria Nsukka in Enugu State.

Nonso Diobi started his acting career at an early age. He made his debut in 2001, in a movie titled “Border Line”, after that he played a major role in the movie titled “Hatred”.
