  1. Thanks bro. for the good work.
please I can’t find my bank FIDELITY (Port Harcourt ) SWIFT/BIC online, can only get Lagos.
    Don’t know what 2 do.
Your response will be much appreciated.

  2. without the master card i cant receive any payment? Can’t i transfer the money from my payoneer account to my local account and withdraw?

  3. Hello there! I know this is kind of off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you using for this website?
I’m getting fed up of WordPress because I’ve had problems with hackers and I’m looking at alternatives for another
platform. I would be great if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.

  4. Will the $25 earned by clicking to register on this website be included in the $30 required for the master card…..so that i can only top up with $5? Please can I see the reply in my email as well? Thanks

  5. Hi Stephen!
    Thanks for your write-up.
    Very helpful.
In step 5(enter local bank account details), i noticed that you put EUR instead of naira, was that on purpose?

    • Hi Jen, it is better to select the currency of your local bank in step 5. In other words, if you’re from Nigeria choose naira, and if you’re from the USA choose dollars. Nevertheless, you can still set that after creating your account and getting approval.

  6. Is it compulsory to request for a mastercard tho
Or money can be transferred from the payoneer account directly into my local bank account?

  7. Thanks for this post. Was your mastercard delivered to the exact address you indicated or you had to go pick it up somewhere. Also, do you get notified before it gets to the location

  8. Hi, I have a question.. How to answer the security questions correctly? I’ve tried 3 times until they block my account. I know the answer (my family’s date of birth) but maybe I wrote it wrong.
I’ve secured my account now after Renewing my password. But cannot withdrew my money because they’re asking the security questions. Can you please help me out. Thanks

  9. Hello. Thanks for your time and efforts. Please, I have been trying to register with payoneer but I don’t have passport, driver’s license or national ID as required. All I have is voter’s card. I thought I would be able to register with the voter’s card but couldn’t as there was no option for it in the dialogue box provided. Is there any other way?

  10. I have A challenge now, I don’t have a permanent ID card which was demanded on the pioneer fill form, but I used my mom’s own, and also the deatials I used were her’s, now the problem I have now is: While filling the bank details form, do I need her own bank account details or I should use mine? Please I need your reply:

    • Hi Sofia, from what you’ve said, the Payoneer account you’re opening will indirectly belong to your mother. Since you want to use her I.D card and details then you must use her bank account details too in order to avoid any sort of complications. Linking an account that doesn’t match may raise eyebrows. My views are, as a matter of fact, hypothetical. If you have doubts about it, feel free to contact Payoneer support for clarification.
