Outrage in Delta as Soldier allegedly shoots man to death amid COVID-19 lockdown (Video)

Reports reaching us have it that there’s currently outrage in Warri, a town in Delta State, after a soldier allegedly shot a newly engaged man to death.

According to Sapele Voice, the incident took place in Ewangwe Area of Warri.

Multiple sources confirm that the name of the victim is Joseph Pessu and that he was driving along NPA Expressway, Warri, to buy drugs for his pregnant fiance when the unfortunate incident happened.

“This newly engaged man was shot dead by the Nigerian Army while on his way to withdraw money to buy drugs for his pregnant fiancee,” Ugochukwu Victory tweeted. “If you feel what the Nigeria Army did is right because he didn’t obey the curfew order, you’re in no way better than Boko Haram.”

The shocking incident has sparked outrage in Warri according to multiple reports.
