Popular Nigerian writer, Reno Omokri, has reacted to recent reports making round on several blogs that Yul Edochie disagreed with his opinion about Nollywood.
Recall that NaijaHomeBased earlier reported that Reno took to Twitter to write accusing Nollywood of making the world think all Nigerians are fetish juju people.
Thereafter, Yul Edochie took to his page to write saying “All the gun violence movies you watch from America has it stopped you from applying for American visa, neither have the kung fu movies stopped you from going to China. It’s all entertainment.”
Although he didn’t mention Reno’s name, many people read it that he must have been educating the former presidential aide.
Consequent of the many reports, Remo Omokri took to his page to write saying, “Anyone thinking I can be manipulated to be upset with @YulEdochie is wasting their time. Yul Edochie stands out in Nollywood and Nigerian politics. I am willing to put money, time & effort behind his political career, if he still has that ambition!“
In response, Yul Edochie wrote saying, “I’m always loyal, Boss. Thank you so much. Happy Democracy Day!”
Well, it appears there’s no hard feelings between the duo, after all.
In other reports, Reno Omokri took to Twitter to caution men against spending for their girlfriends at the expense of their own mother.
According to him, men don’t owe their girlfriends any maintenance money. Instead, they owe their mothers.
