Nigerian actor, William Uchemba has lashed out at those insulting Pastor Adeboye and other men of God.
You will recall that Rev Adeboye made a video, saying that as far as a person is hidden in the secret place of the Almighty, no virus can come near such a person.
Nigerians have greeted that video with mixed reactions. While some are condemning and insulting him, others see nothing wrong with what he said.
One of such Nigerians who see nothing wrong with what the G.O said is Nollywood actor, William Uchemba. He has reacted to the backlash against the G.O.
The actor took to his Instagram page to criticize Nigerian youths, stating that he doesn’t understand when the disrespect for their elders started.
In the video Williams stated that being an elder in the land and also a Man of God, the prayer the he made is not wrong,
He said, ” I do not know where the madness of not having respect for our elders is coming from.
he also noted that he is not a member of The Redeem church but for the fact that Adeboye is aged and is also a man of God, he is not supposed to be insulted.
They are repercussions for insulting Men of God and elders. It is not left for you to judge them, God does the juding.
The actor also stated that Any office you abuse, you will never get there, go and check histroy,” he said.
The actor went on to caption the post;
”And many more scriptures that talks about how we should treat our elders, our parents and also spiritual leaders, and the consequences that comes with disobeying this instructions yet the youth of this generation shock me everyday by the way they talk and treat this people.”
