Police Tell Naira Marley and JJC Skillz to report at the station shortly after nabbing Funke Akindele

Nigerian Singer, Naira Marley, and the husband of popular Nigerian actress, JJC Skillz have been told to report at the police Lagos State police station.

This is coming briefly after the police confirmed that they have arrested Funke Akindele, popularly known as Jenifa.

In the viral video that received wide criticsm, Funke Akindele’s husband captured a full house party, which is contrary to Lagos State directives on social distancing.

“Funke Akindele was arrested. Investigation is ongoing, efforts are intensified to arrest the remaining persons in the video, among whom are Azeez Fashola a.k.a Naira Marley and Abdul Rasheed Bello a.k.a. JJC Skillz,” The Police Public Relations officer DSP Bala Elkana told The Punch.

“They are in their best interests urged to report at the State CID Yaba on Monday 6th April, 2020 or risk being declared wanted,” the statement added.
