Femi Fani-Kayode has hit out President Buhari for his recent remarks about the main victims of Boko Haram attacks.

President Buhari recently issued a statement that insisted that the main victims of terrorist attacks in the northeastern part of Nigeria are Muslims.

According to the president, 90 percent of Boko Haram victims are Muslims. However, the president’s speech has not gone down well with Femi Fani Kayode.

This is a lie, the former Minister of Culture and Tourism said.

“The overwhelming majority of communities that BH targets are Christian. The same with the Fulani militias. The killing of Christians in Nigeria is a common blood sport which shall continue as long as Buhari is President”.

In the series of messages the president shared, he believes the new mission of the insurgents is to cause a divide among Nigerians. He also said he was disappointed that people have turned recent attempted bomb attack into a religious debate.
