The much-awaited boxing game between Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder has finally come and gone. The Gypsy King, as Tyson Fury is fondly called, came out victorious and is the new WBC Champion.
In the final moments preceding the game, both boxers spoke defiantly on how they would come out victorious. Notably, the Gypsy king said he would win before the 8th round, and if he didn’t win he “was no good”.
Needless to say, he lived out to his words and several people have been reacting to his remarkable performance.
Tyson fury delivered a 7th round Technical Knockout (TKO) to emerge victorious against Deontay Wilder. He more or less dominated the entire fight thanks to a second-round right hook he delivered on his opponent which left him with bleeding ears and wobbling feet.
Much credit to Deontay Wilder for lasting till the seventh round, as he was clearly hurt by the second round blow that ultimately judged their contest.
Here are some of the reactions after the match:

He is now the 1st fighter to end TWO reigns of 10+ title defenses:
2015: Fury defeats Wladimir Klitschko, who was attempting a 19th title defense
