Note: Calling with another network or calling outside Nigeria comes at a cost, depending on your network provider.
However, if you live within Nigeria, and you call 180 using your MTN line, the call will attract absolutely no charge. To put it differently, 180 is a toll-free line for all MTN subscribers.
After dialing 180, you may have to follow other instructions to leave the self-care portal and speak with a customer care representative.
