How to Effectively Drive Traffic to Your Fiverr Gig Using 5 Easy Tricks

Driving traffic to your Fiverr Gig is very important, especially if you’re interested in making more sales.

However, not too many people know how to achieve that.

You’re here now.

This guide will show you how to drive traffic to your Fiverr Gig.

The starting point is always the hardest part of any freelancing career.

You have to prove your worth over and over again before you begin to make a decent amount of sales.

You could buy traffic from websites or other Fiverr Gigs that sell traffic.

However, if you really weigh the pros and cons, you’ll know that buying traffic for your gigs is not worth it.

Organic traffic is the real deal on Fiverr.

But before we go on, let’s have an overview of what organic traffic is all about.

what it really means…

What is organic traffic on Fiverr?

Organic traffic are visitors and clicks your Fiverr Gig receives from the Fiverr’s search engine or from any other platform you’ve shared your Gig for free.

In order words, organic traffic is free. Which makes it all the more interesting.

You don’t have to spend extra money on Gig promotion to make sales.

If you’re interested in driving traffic to your Fiverr gig for free, here are the 5 easy steps you must follow:

1. Know your Keywords

I’d take it that you’re not a marketer—so SEO may sound foreign to you. SEO simply means ‘Search Engine Optimization’.

Carrying out proper on page SEO involves the appropriate use of tags and Gig Description.

You need to add all the relevant keywords to your Gig description and tags.

Keywords are the terms buyers are likely to search for when they visit Fiverr looking for freelancers to get a particular job done.

Without the right keywords, you won’t show up when search queries are made.

However, you must be careful when you add keywords. You mustn’t overuse a particular keyword, or else, it’ll be considered keyword stuffing.

How do you get keywords?

Visit fiverr, and type in the service you render in the search box. It’ll automatically provide you with other queries related to your services.

Content writing keywords on Fiverr

If you’re a content writer, queries you’ll be required to add to your gig description include:

  • content writer
  • website content writer
  • Ebook writer
  • essay writer
  • article writer, etc.

As you must have noticed, the only query I entered was ‘writer’.

Fiverr automatically generated those keywords.

So if you’re not a content writer, all you have to do is type in the service you render to automatically get keywords.

2. Promote your gig like crazy

After creating a Gig, one of the first things you can do to quickly boost its traffic is by sharing it with your friends on social platforms.

I shared 6 free places to promote Fiverr gigs free in my previous guide.

Most people, however, do not like sharing their Gigs on social platforms, maybe because you feel shy about working on Fiverr.

You shouldn’t be shy about what you do.

The earlier you embrace your profession, the earlier you begin to excel at it.

If you have a huge number of twitter followers, share your Gig with them.

Or better still, share it on one of your professional accounts—stackoverflow, dribble, linkedin, etc.

If you have a great deal of followers on those platforms, then your Gig is bound to get a fair share of traffic from them.

If you have a blog, you can also promote your Fiverr services on it.

Sharing your Gig on your blog or website will not only increase your chances of attracting more traffic, but will also provide a backlink to your Fiverr Gig—which will increase its chances of appearing higher in Fiverr search results or Google search results.

Blogs are very cheap to start nowadays; with BlueHost, you can pay as low as $2.75 per month for hosting.

There’s also blogger.com. You can create a blog for free on blogger and for promoting your Fiverr gigs.

A lot of Fiverr sellers do that.

If you want to start a blog for your Fiverr Gig, follow my step-by-step blog setup guide to do so.

3. Increase your click through rate

Impressions and clicks are two different things.

You may get a lot of impressions but receive very few clicks. And there are several factors that can lead to that.

Using a low quality picture or poor choice of words in your gig title can cause that.

When your Gig appears in Fiverr search results, people will not click on them if your pictures are not nice.

So your gig picture is almost as important as the on-page SEO previously talked about.

Your title needs to be very precise and straight to be point.

In your title, you must add words that make your gig offerings standout from the rest.

4. Increase Your Conversion Rate

After creating and publishing a new Gig on Fiverr, you’ll notice that the first few days usually gets a lot of traffic.

That’s the moment you have to capitalize on. You need to start converting visits to sales as soon as possible.

Your utmost goal is not to increase impressions, clicks and views; but to make more sales.

That’s why you need to set your Gig pricing in such a way that it will be able to convert early.

Another thing that can help your Gig convert early is by adding a Gig video early enough.

Fiverr loves Gigs that use video description.

Buyers do too…

If your Gig converts early, Fiverr will begin to rank it higher up the search result; which will ultimately increase your Gig impressions, clicks and sales.

5. Keep old buyers coming back

This is a technique bloggers use in growing their blogs.

We work hard to build a base of loyal readers. Similarly, Fiverr sellers must work hard to build a base of loyal buyers.

Give every buyer that works with you enough reasons to work with you again. With that, almost every new buyer you get becomes a long term customer.

This will not only help you build your monthly traffic, but will also send good signals to the Fiverr algorithm that your Gig renders good services.

And I believe you know what that means…

Your Gig will begin to rank higher up the search result; and consequently, receive more traffic and improved sales.

I hope with this guide, you’re able to drive traffic to your Fiverr Gig and make more sales.

Glo Free Tomorrow Migration & Bonus Code, and how to Deactivate

Glo Free Tomorrow is a plan on Globacom Nigeria which rewards customers with 200% bonuses for whatever credit they spent on the previous day. In this guide you’ll learn how to migrate to Glo Free Tomorrow, qualify for bonuses, check your bonus balance, and deactivate or opt out from Glo Free Tomorrow when you no longer want to be a subscriber.

Glo is one of the biggest players in Africa’s most populated nation, Nigeria. The company also has presence in several other West African countries and beyond.

Every year there’s always a huge increase in its customer base; and needless to say, the crazy bonuses offered by the company have a huge role to play in it.

How does Glo Free Tomorrow work?

Glo Freetomorrow: whatever you use today, get double back tomorrow

As a subscriber to Glo Free tomorrow, you get to enjoy double the amount of credit you spend one day as bonus the next day. That is, if you spend 100 on calls, SMS, & Flexi browsing today, you’ll get 200 as a bonus the tomorrow. And the cycle keeps repeating non-stop.

Your bonus can be used to call all networks within Nigeria at the rate of 56K/s (56 kobo per second), send messages at the rate of ₦8 per SMS, and browse at the cost of 10K/Kb. While funds from your main account balance will be charged at 28k/s for calls to all networks in Nigeria, ₦4/SMS and 5K/Kb.

However, there’s an allocated percentage on bonus usage…75% of the bonus amount is designated for Glo-to-Glo calls and browsing while 25% is targeted at browsing, offnet and IDD calls to some select destinations.

Your main account balance will not be charged in as much as you have bonuses. It will, however, begin to get charged when your bonuses get exhausted.

How to migrate to Glo Free Tomorrow?

To opt for Glo Free Tomorrow simply dial *600#, and then you’ll receive a message welcoming you to your new plan. Migration is free of charge. But you must really make up your mind before opting in to GFT in the first place. Reason is, all the benefits and bonuses from your previous plan will cease to exist.

However, you still have the option to subscribe to value-added services & packs such as biggu, IDD, Jolof, callertune, etc. albeit from your main account balance.

Note: money spent in purchasing data or value-added services do not qualify you for any bonuses.

How to check Glo free tomorrow bonus balance?

Every time you get credited with bonuses will be confirmed with an SMS from Glo. But to keep track of your bonus usage, you need to dial either #122# or *122*8#.

You must always check your bonus balance so that you’ll not exhaust your bonuses without realizing, although you’ll get an SMS to confirm the exhaustion of your bonus account.

Take note that whatever money you have in your bonus account will not get rolled over. In other words, you need to spend your bonuses every day or you’ll forfeit it.

Also, your bonus usage will not be calculated as money spent for your next day Free Tomorrow; therefore, you must spend your bonuses and then from you main account balance to qualify for a new bonus the next day.

How to deactivate or opt out from Glo Free Tomorrow?

To deactivate FT all you need to do is dial *301#. You’ll automatically get migrated to Glo Infinito. Alternatively, to avoid getting migrated to Glo infinito, just dial the code of whichever prepaid plan you’re interested in migrating to.

Now that you know everything about Glo Free Tomorrow, are you interested in giving it a try? That’s left for you to decide 🙂

How to Check Glo Data Balance & Bonus Data Balance

Want to check your Glo data balance but don’t know how? In our previous guide we shared the latest cheap data plans available to all new and existing Glo customers. This guide will show you how to check your Glo data balance and bonus data balance, that’s if you if you have any bonus.

You will also know the expiry date or validity period of your current plan, in case you’ve forgotten.

Glo is regarded the grandmasters of data; clearly, that title is well-deserved. Over the past couple of months, Glo has been dishing out insanely cheap plans along with mouth-watering bonuses.

But sometimes you need to check your available data balance or bonus data balance, just so you can keep track of your its usage.

At the moment, there are three of such ways to check how much or your internet subscription you’ve used up, by USSD, SMS online. In this article you’ll get an explanation on how to perform all three, depending on the one you find convenient and fast.

How to check Glo data balance using USSD on Android or any other smartphone?

Step #1. To check your data balance using USSD, dial *777# on your android phone, iPhone, iPad, windows phone or whichever smartphone you use. You could also do this using a modem.

Glo: Buy data

Step #2. Select ‘buy a plan’ from the options you are provided with from dialing *777#.

Glo: manage plan

Step #3. From the list of options you have, select ‘manage plans’.

Dial 4 to get data balance

Step #4. From the options you have, enter the correct number to select “get balance”.

Message containing glo data balance

Alternatively,

Dial *127*0# using your android device or whichever smartphone you use. It’s the fastest and easiest way to check Glo data balance using USSD.

How to check Glo data balance using SMS

Let’s say for instance you use a buttoned device and the # or * button doesn’t work, then you might be interested in checking what you have left using SMS.

To check your Glo data balance using SMS, text the word “INFO” to 127 (without the quotes), then wait for a few seconds. If the network is not bad at that moment, you should get a message containing the volume of data you have left and its expiry date.

How to check Glo data balance online

The above two options work very fine, but let’s say you are currently surfing the internet and you don’t want to minimize or close your browser, or you just want to play around to be sure there’s actually a third option to perform exactly the same function, then here you go:

To check your data balance online, on your web browser or mobile phone browser, visit this link to open Glo HSI (High Speed Internet) self-care portal.

Glo data balance checked on hsi.glo.com

What is left of your subscription along with its validity period will be displayed immediately in the self-care page.

For web browsers, it is located on the right-hand-side of the screen; as you can see in the above image.

How to check your bonus data balance?

In recent times, Glo includes bonuses along with the normal balance you see when you perform any of the operations above.

However, if you feel it’s not included, then you can dial #122# using your device to see all bonuses you have. Using that USSD code in most cases displays whatever active bonuses you have on your line.

But, like I said, the *127*0# operation will include whatever you have on your balance. Especially if you use Glo Yakata, which is the prepaid tariff that’s reigning everywhere at this point in time.

MTN Pulse Migration Code, Benefits, Call Rates & how to opt-out

MTN pulse is without doubt one of the best tariff plans on MTN Nigeria… and was featured in our list of the latest MTN tariff plans. However, the information provided on that list post was just the highlights of the main benefits of Pulse. Consequently, we decided to share this guide to help you learn more about the Pulse tariff plan including information on the migration code, benefits, bonuses and call rates.

MTN has millions of subscribers in Nigeria. Although the network is present in other countries, it has thrived more on the Nigerian soil. In other words, Nigeria is its biggest marketplace.

Needless to say, the NCC and the Nigerian populace expect a lot of goodies from the network; and it has been, as a matter of fact, living up to some of those expectations.

Not too many plans have a perfect balance on both calls and data. However, MTN pulse does a perfect job at that.

Whether you’re a lover of cheap calls or bonus data MTN pulse will meet your very need.

Before making further claims and hyping the tariff so much, I’ll list out all of the benefits associated with migrating to MTN pulse. The decision whether to switch or not from your current plan will be left for you to make.

Benefits of MTN pulse

MTN pulse tariff plan: We are the pulse
  • 11kobo/sec charge rate for calls made ACROSS ALL local Networks after spending NGN12.50 daily (on calls).
  • Stream your favorite songs all day long on Music+ at the cost of just ₦10/day
  • Up to 500MB of pulse night bundle at the cost of ₦100 only
  • 100% data bonus on purchase of 500MB weekly bundle… making a total of 1GB for ₦500 only.
  • Weekly 10MB data bonus on recharge of ₦100 and 20MB bonus on recharge of ₦200 or more, also weekly.
  • Unlike some other tariff plans, there are no daily subscription fees attached to MTN pulse apart from the NGN12.50 charged on first calls of the day (first 50secs only)  i.e. 50secs @25k/sec.

There are many more benefits associated with Pulse… let’s just leave it at that first.

MTN pulse Message & call rates

One of the most important factors to consider before joining a tariff is the local and international call rates. Will you get good value on calls for your recharges on the MTN pulse plan? Let’s find out:

  • Calls to all networks within Nigeria is charged at 11Kobbo/sec. To enjoy this benefit, however, you must have made your first call of the day which shall be charged at 22K/sec for the first 50sec. In brief, after your first 50secs call the other calls will be charged at ₦6.6 per minute. Wait a minute, don’t you think MTN pulse is the best tariff in Nigeria?
  • The standard MTN international call rate apply to the pulse tariff.
  • Messages to all networks in Nigeria is charged at ₦4 per 160 characters.

MTN pulse migration code

To migrate to MTN pulse and begin to enjoy all the aforementioned benefits dial *406#or *123*2*2#; alternatively,SMS “406” to 131.

Migration is free, provided you did not carry out your last migration within the previous 30 days. Also, the pulse tariff plan is available to prepaid customers; so you can migrate to it anytime you want.

MTN iPulse and Pulse Differences

Want to know the key differences between MTN iPulse and Pulse? If your answer is yes, then you need to read on.

A lot of people still find themselves confusing and misinterpreting the benefits of both tariff plans, which indeed are similar in the way they are pronounced but have several key differences.

iPulse was introduced to help students around campuses in Nigeria get the best value on recharges, iPulse to iPulse calls and a host of other benefits. In other words, iPulse was created for people or students living within Nigerian campuses. All those benefits cease to exist when you step out of campus areas.

However, iPulse doesn’t really exist anymore. What we have at the moment is just Pulse. Both tariffs were merged… and is no more just the students’ plans but a plan for everyone. 🙂

How to opt-out of MTN pulse

Whenever and wherever you decide you no longer want to be a subscriber to MTN pulse, you can easily opt-out by dialing the code of the tariff plan you wish to migrate to.

Take a look at all the MTN tariff plans available at the moment.

You will not be charged any fee for migrating to a new plan, provided your last migration was not made within the previous 30 days.

Conclusion

In my opinion, MTN pulse is one of the best tariff plans in Nigeria. If you doubt that, you can read our articles on Glo tariff plans and compare for yourself. By the way, I did not say the best ooo… I only said one of the best.

Along with the cheap 11k/sec call, my personal favorite on the Pulse tariff is the nightlife bundle. With the nightlife bundle I get 2GB for just ₦400 whenever I want to. I could get higher than just 2GB if I wanted. However, I decided to leave it at that.

One man’s food is another man’s poison, so they say. Notwithstanding, I’m sure the pulse tariff is the most popular on the network. BetaTalk maybe sits in second place.

How to borrow airtime or data from Glo, Repay & Deactivate auto-borrow

Whenever you run out of airtime or data, you can borrow from Glo and pay back later. This guide will show you how to borrow either airtime or data from Glo, depending on your preference.

Before the emergence of VTU top-up, the normal way of recharging was mainly the purchase of visible cards. However, things have changed over the course of time.

You can now top-up your phone using your bank accounts. But what if your bank account is out of funds or the network is bad? Then borrowing and paying back becomes the easiest option.

To qualify for the borrow me credit feature on Globacom your SIM must be up to four months old, your average monthly usage must be above ₦200, and you must be a prepaid customer.

See the table below to know how much your current monthly usage qualify you for:

Glo borrow me data eligibility requirements are similar to the previous. They are:

  • Your SIM card must be registered.
  • You must have been active on the network for at least 3 months or more.

The pricing is not so bad, I must confess. The data you’ll be credited with is charged at the same rate with buying a bundle from Glo.

50 30 30 1 Day

Glo borrow me data: Never run out of data even without credit

Step 1: Dial *321#

Step 2: Select option 3 (borrow data)

Step 3: From the options you’re provided with, choose an option selecting its number.

Note: The Glo borrow me data feature also attracts a fee of 15%. In other words, if you request for the 1 day plan of ₦100 then you have to payback a fee of ₦115.

How to repay borrowed airtime or data to Glo

All you need to do is recharge higher than the amount you borrowed. However, there are times when deduction may experience some slight delay. If that’s the case, just make sure you leave the minimum balance intact.

It is advisable to pay back within 72 hours, which happens to be the grace period. If you do not payback within 72 hours of borrowing you’ll not be able to request for additional credit or data. Also, your SIM card’s reputation might get affected adversely, which may in return cause a reduction in your eligibility amount during subsequent transactions.

How to deactivate Glo borrow me credit or data:

Step 1: Dial *321# and select 1 (auto borrow)

Step 2: From the list of option you’re provided with select 2 (cancel auto borrow)

Are there extra conditions and limitations attached to borrowed credit or data?

As a matter of fact, there are no limitations attached to borrowed credit or data. With your credit you can call any local & international network (standard tariff plan rates apply), browse the web, and purchase 3rd party and value added services.

With your borrowed data on the other hand you can make downloads, uploads, stream videos on YouTube and other platforms. In fact, do anything that a normal data subscription can do.

I hope this guide answered all the questions you had in mind… You can share your experience while using the Glo borrow me credit and data service using the comment section below.

4 Reasons Some Fiverr Pro Gigs Have Struggled to Make Sales

Not too long ago, Fiverr launched ‘Fiver pro‘. An opportunity for the best freelancers on the platform to standout from the crowd. Without an iota of doubt, a freelancer with a fiverr pro gig will earn with one order what a regular freelancer earns by completing 10-20 orders. Well, according to the pricing most pro sellers set on their gigs.

But the question now is: will a Fiverr pro seller make one sale before a regular freelancer makes 20 sales?

In order to become a highly successful freelancer, you need to make all the right choices. Choosing to become a pro seller is supposed to be one of them.

Once you get approved for Fiverr pro, you get a badge that distinguishes your pro gig from regular gigs.

Freelancers with Fiverr pro gigs enjoy a lot of benefits. Coupled with the fact that they can set a higher gig pricing, they also get featured on the Fiverr affiliate program – an opportunity to further boost their sales.

Fiverr pro is new and a lot of things are still being put into place.

Since its launch, I quite developed an interest in how things would unfold, and have been keeping track of how pro sellers have performed, based on: gig orders, sales, and reviews.

In my opinion, most regular high ranking fiverr gigs will continue making by far more sales than most freelancers with pro gigs and I’ll explain why.

Reasons some Fiverr pro gigs have struggled

1. People will always love cheap or free

The Fiverr pro badge is an endorsement from Fiverr. When buyers see that badge, even with a very high price tag, aren’t they supposed to queue up for your service?

Nay, they won’t!

And the reason is simple… “people will always love cheap or free.”

99.9% of buyers visit Fiverr because they love the $5 services they get from freelancers. That mentality hasn’t changed a bit. So, even with pro gigs displayed, they will always find the cheap ones more appealing.

That’s the whole concept of Fiverr in the first place. The $5 platform.

2. Most buyers already have their favorite sellers

When most buyers visit Fiverr, they search for those particular freelancers they’ve been doing business with for a long time – freelancers that delivered quality services to them and have proved their qualities time and time again.

Put yourself in the buyers’ shoes…

When you have a freelancer you’ve been doing business with for many years and have never had a reason to complain about any delivery, do you then need to see a pro badge to know that freelancer is a pro?

certainly not!

3. Even regular sellers deliver quality jobs

This point, in a way, aligns with the second point. Many sellers on Fiverr have not applied and don’t plan on applying for a Fiverr pro gig, simply because they are doing very fine with their regular gigs and are already making a lot of sales with it.

Too many people on freelance platforms are more than willing to offer ridiculously cheap gig pricing in a bid to cope with the competition from rivals.

So, they are more than satisfied with where they are and may never apply for a Fiverr pro account. This creates a huge challenge for pro sellers.

And like I said earlier, even without a pro badge, a lot of buyers already know some regular freelancers that can be regarded as

‘pro sellers’ and are happy to always work with them.

4. A lot of Fiverr pro gigs set very high pricing

When I searched for Fiverr pro logo designers, I noticed that some pro gigs set a pricing of $2000, while some other set a pricing of $100. And as expected, the pro sellers with lower gig pricing have continued to amass more sales than the ones with very high pricing.

Many freelancers have struggled to make sales with their pro gigs because of the high pricing they set. Don’t get me wrong, you deserve every penny you set.

But you may find it difficult to make sales because a vast majority of other quality freelancers prefer to set a lower gig pricing than yours.

There’s no equilibrium in the freelancing setup — so many things are wrong and have to be looked into.

In the outside world, there are Labor Unions that fight for the right of workers — help them get the best possible treatment from Government agencies, private firms, or whichever organization they work with.

However, freelance platforms have complete control over home-based jobs. There are no agencies in place to fight for the rights of freelancers. Something like “Freelancers’ Labor Union”.

In recent years, we’ve seen so many information collection laws emerge. The recent and most notable one is the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Website owners have had to run helter-skelter to make their websites GDPR compliant.

Freelance platforms command millions of workforce worldwide, and the number keeps increasing. But sadly, no one cares about setting up laws to help this ever increasing internet workforce.

If there could be a law so strong to shake the whole of the web (even Google). Why can’t there be a law to help improve freelancers’ well-being — a law that compels freelance platform to set a minimum pricing for professional jobs.

Those are all my personal opinions. Don’t expect to see a change anytime soon.

So, for now, freelance platforms remain ‘survival of the cheapest’.

So to make more sales with your pro gig, you may have to bring down your gig pricing to match what other Fiverr pro gigs offer.

Fiverr Available Now: A Huge Opportunity To Make More Sales On Fiverr

If you are new on Fiverr, you may not understand what Fiverr available now feature is all about. Fiverr available now feature is a great way to attract attention from buyers; it’s like a come get me plea.

Once enabled, buyers will be aware of your online status and your readiness to work – which is a great opportunity for new freelancers.

The available now feature is a must use for new freelancers; especially due to the fact that you’re new and most likely not getting enough attention and orders from buyers.

In recent times, it’s been extremely difficult for new sellers to get started on Fiverr – because there are already established first page sellers in almost every sub-categories.

But when buyers are in need of urgent work, they most times visit Fiverr to search for freelancers that are online and can attend to them quickly.

This is an added advantage that every freelancer, seeking more jobs and more money, must leverage on.

The question now is, who doesn’t want more money. Even freelancers that earn over $5000 monthly are most times still craving for more. Which spells bad omen for the new seller.

Fiverr added the available now feature in order to help the struggling new sellers who are probably not getting enough orders due to the high competition among sellers on the platform.

In my tips for increasing Fiverr sales, I stressed the importance of always staying online – which can be achieved using the Fiverr iOs app.

But just staying online is not enough. You have to turn on the available now feature if you are interested in making more sales on Fiverr.

How to qualify for Fiverr available now

As obvious as it may seem, from the BETA tag still given to this feature, I’ll still go on and emphasize that the Fiverr available now BETA is still being tested and not available to all sellers.

Since Fiverr is not interested in seeing this feature abused, there are a few conditions you need to satisfy in order to be eligible to enable Fiverr available now.

Those conditions are:

  • You must not have more than 5 queued gig orders
  • You must have a low order cancellation rate
  • You must have completed and delivered not less than 5 gig orders

If you don’t qualify for the available now feature, you’ll get a notification indicating that whenever you try to activate it.not eligible for Fiverr available now

How to enable Fiverr available now

Step 1. Login to Fiverr and click on the Available NOW icon

The available now icon should be located at the top-right corner of your Fiverr account.

Step 2. Agree on terms and click on activate

Activating Fiverr available now

Click on the box that agrees to the term that you will reply messages under 5 minutes. And thereafter, click on the button to toggle “I’m AVAILABLE NOW” feature on.

Step 3. Stay online and reply buyers’ messages fast

You need to keep yourself logged in to Fiverr either on your Desktop browser or Fiverr mobile app. I recommend you download the Fiverr mobile app so as to receive real time notifications of buyers messages.

If you don’t reply messages within 5 minutes, Fiverr will automatically switch off the available now feature on your behalf.

Fiverr AVAILABLE NOW best practices

Now that you have successfully turned on the available now feature on your Fiverr account, you need to be aware of the best practices whenever you have this feature on – so as to stay safe and avoid getting suspended from using this amazing feature.

Like I said earlier, if you don’t reply buyer’s messages in under 5 minutes, Fiverr will automatically switch off this feature on your behalf. If you go on and reactivate the it, then you must make sure not to repeat it three times.

After three times of not responding to buyers’ messages, Fiverr will automatically suspend you from using the Available Now feature for the next 30 days.

So, you need to make sure to turn off Available Now whenever you are not really available. After all, it only requires one click.

Also, the available now doesn’t hasten your gig delivery date. Whatever delivery time is stipulated in your ordered gig, that is when you are obligated to deliver.

Why use the available now instead of just staying online?

A large percentage of buyers who visit Fiverr are looking for urgent attention. It has been observed that most sellers just download the Fiverr app and remain online; without truly being available.

But with the conditions given to sellers who switch on this feature, it makes it a real indication of a seller’s readiness to work. This makes it entirely different from the Online Now feature.

Additionally, it is highly likely that most Fiverr top-sellers will not be eligible to switch this feature on. Since they are most times busy dealing with one order or the other.

Most Fiverr top-sellers usually have more than 5 queued gig orders; which disqualifies them from using the Available now feature. So it’s a huge opportunity for new sellers to make more sales on Fiverr.

Difference between Direct Short Service (DSSC) & Short Service (SSC)

Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) and Short Service Combatant (SSC) Commissions are popular terms in the Nigerian military. A lot of people tend to confuse their meanings, which is understandable. This guide will help you understand the key differences between DSSC and SSC.

Direct Short Service Commissions and Short Service Combatant (SSC) Commissions have more similarities than differences.

They are both short-term military training exercises (usually 1 year). And they are both targeted at military personnel who have served in their respective units for not less than 5 years OR civilians who graduated from recognized higher institutions.

Difference between DSSC & SSC

Direct Short Service are for applicants looking to further in their respective fields of study in the Nigerian military. For instance, if you graduated as a medical doctor, then the DSSC will be most suitable for you. Short Service Combatant Commissions on the other hand are for applicants who which to get deployed to infantry, artillery or other combatant units upon the completion of their one year military training.

One key noticeable difference in the application requirement for DSSC and SSC is the age difference. DSSC permits much older applicants (up to 40 for medical doctors) while SSC is for applicants between the ages of 23 & 27.

The reason SSC requires much younger applicants is because there’s so much need for strength and vibrancy to be able to participate in combatant drills.

Getting deployed to combatant departments is not something suitable for persons up to 40, which DSSC accepts.

However, to apply for both demands either a HND (Higher National Diploma) or a degree, with grades not less than Lower credit and Second Class lower respectively.
